EQ + The Yards: Festival City Faces Change

Major construction projects are forcing some of Edmonton's biggest festivals to move, at least temporarily. In this panel, Oliver Community League's Luwam Kiflemariam leads this conversation about what festivals need to keep attendees happy and expand in the future.
